E3 2017: PlayStation

As Monday draws to a close, things are only beginning with the start of Sony’s PlayStation E3 Conference 2017!

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy

Sony started things off this year with a trailer for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, showing off the series’ femme fatales.

Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds

Next Sony showed the epic struggle between man and beast in Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds, the

Days Gone

Third came the post-apocalyptic game from Bend Studios, Days Gone, showing how brutal the new world can truly be.

Monster Hunter World

In a surprising turn of events, Sony revealed Monster Hunter World, the first PlayStation release for the series since the PSP era. Needless to say, a few members of our team almost died of joy.

Shadow of the Colossus

It’s back boys! The legendary PS2 title will be reborn in a way so glorious that it will make The Last Gaurdian blush.

Marvel vs. Capcom 4

Capcom brought another, still Wolverine-free, Marvel vs. Capcom trailer showing off the game’s Marvel Cinematic Universe-inspired narrative.

Call of Duty WWI

Another year brings another Call of Duty. This time, Activision brings players back to World War II, again.

The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim VR

When the last thing that the world needs is another release of The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, it is time for yet another release, only this time in VR. Which admittingly is pretty rad.

The Inpatient

Seeing how effective horror survival has been on VR thus far, why not bring players to the despair of a mental asylum.

Monster of the Deep: Final Fantasy VX

When players think Final Fantasy VR, fishing is obviously the first thing that comes to mind.

If there is an award for best new video game mascot, this plucky little mouse deserves to win it all. Staring Quill the mouse, this newly announced Zelda-esk VR title brings puzzles and sword fights to a PSVR helmet near you. In my case, quite literally next to me.

God of War 4

While announced last year, Sony still wowed fans with how much cooler Kratos can get every time he steps onto the E3 stage.

Detroit: Become Human

By the mind that brought the emotional traumas of Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls comes DetroitL Become Human. While this is yet another game originally revealed last year, Sony had quite a bit more to show off this time making the game even more intriguing.

Destiny 2

After a few years of expansions, Destiny‘s sequel is ready to show itself. As its very own MMO-style TPS, this adventure is prepared to call series veterans to duty.

Easily one of the best of show, this Spider-Man game brings everything excellent about Infamous and the Arkham Trilogy Tetrology and slings it into what looks to be the definitive web-crawling escapade. Seriously, just watch that gameplay. I bet Stan Lee recognizes this guy.
